Watches can resist some magnetic interference, but they may be disrupted by electromagnetic devices such as loudspeakers. Please keep your watch away from household appliances that produce strong magnetic fields.
Your watch, a faithful companion in your daily life, requires regular care and maintenance.
Magnetic fields
Watches can resist some magnetic interference, but they may be disrupted by electromagnetic devices such as loudspeakers. Please keep your watch away from household appliances that produce strong magnetic fields.
Cleaning
The watch case and strap links can accumulate dirt made up of dust and sweat, which requires regular cleaning after use. For stainless steel straps and water-resistant cases, please clean them with a brush and soapy water, then rinse them with water and dry them with a soft cloth.
Impact
Strong shocks should be avoided, as they can damage both the components and the movement's performance.
Crown
If your watch has a screw-down crown, please screw it down fully before diving; for non-screw-down crowns, please push the crown down carefully to its original position to prevent water from entering the watch.
Temperature
The models intended for daily use have optimal performance at temperatures between 0°C and 50°C. Please avoid exposing your watch to temperatures outside this range.
Leather strap
To protect the strap and ensure its longevity, please carefully avoid moisture to prevent discoloration or deformation. Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight to prevent fading and breakage. Avoid contact with oily substances, acids, alkalis, or cosmetics due to the permeability of the leather.
Chemical products
Solvents, cleaning agents, perfumes, cosmetics, etc. may damage the strap, case, case back and gaskets. Please avoid direct contact between these products and your watch.
Regular Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures that your timepiece remains a precision instrument and work properly. The frequency of servicing varies depending on the model, climate, and degree of daily maintenance performed by its owner. In general, watches require a complete service by an authorized service center every three to five years.
Swimming
Your watch is waterproof, but water (especially seawater) can contain substances such as acids and alkalis, which can have a corrosive effect on the bracelet, case, case back, and seals. Therefore, it is recommended to remove your watch before swimming whenever possible.
Battery Replacement
For quartz watches, a discharged battery should be replaced as soon as possible to avoid damaging the movement due to potential leakage. The quality of the battery can directly affect the replacement frequency and the functioning of the watch. For battery replacement and related services, we recommend sending your watch to an authorized service center or dealer, who is equipped with the necessary tools and instruments.
Water Resistance
The water resistance of a watch can decrease, especially due to the wear of the gaskets or accidental shocks on the crown. It is recommended to have your watch's water resistance tested by an authorized service center once a year.
For quartz watches
If you plan not to wear your watch for a few weeks or months, it is recommended to pull the crown until the hands stop before storing your watch. This will help reduce battery consumption.
Chronograph and setting buttons
To avoid any water infiltration, make sure not to operate the chronograph pushers under water.
Clasp
Clasps are fragile components that require the application of a small amount of low viscosity lubricant on the friction, spring, and sliding parts to prolong their lifespan and ensure their rust resistance. If your buckle becomes detached due to frequent use, it is recommended to send it to our dedicated service center for this type of repair.
Step01
Disassembling the watch
Remove the screw between the strap and the case with the designated tool.
Step02
Removing the hands
Use special tools to separate the hands from the dial.
Step03
Cleaning the Components
Disassembly of the various movement parts and cleaning.
Step04
Assembly of the movement
Thoroughly examine each piece for cleanliness, integrity, and adherence to standards. Assemble components accordingly and apply recommended lubricants. Finally, calibrate to ensure all measurements meet the required criteria.
Step05
Polishing
Additional services can be offered according to customer requests.
Step06
Cleaning
Cleaning and polishing the visible parts of the watch.
Step07
Casing
Assembly of the movement, dial, and hands into the case.
Step08
Water-Resistance Test
Test the watch's waterproofness to ensure it meets manufacturing standards.
Step09
Control Settings
The regulation control of the movement allows checking its "health status" at a given time and in certain positions to ensure proper watch operation.
Step10
Quality control machine (by simulation)
Quality test by simulation: this machine automatically winds the watch by simulating all positions when it is worn. We usually compare the watch's operating parameters before and after simulation (this process takes several days).
