At the end of the 17th century, Emile Chouriet, like many other skilled craftsmen of his time, moved from France to Switzerland and made Geneva his home. The city, known as the "cradle of watchmaking" at the time, attracted large numbers of learned and skilled watchmakers.
Near the famous Place de la Fusterie in Geneva stood the small atelier founded by Emile Chouriet, where he dedicated himself to watchmaking research. And so the legend of the Emile Chouriet manufacture was born.
The in-house watch movement reflects Emile Chouriet's passion for the field of watchmaking.
As a watchmaking brand hailing from Geneva, this is a vital step for the brand.
As its core brand development center, the Meyrin atelier has integrated design, R&D, production, testing, and sales departments, along with a team of highly trained and skilled watchmakers.
